Membership Investment Calculation:
Your Membership Investment is based on the number of equivalent full-time employees on the
payroll as of 7/1/12 or when approved for membership, whichever is later.

If a real estate is a member, any agent acting as an independent contractor can join for the 
discounted rate of $160.00. This is considered an “associate” membership.

A bank’s investment is based on a formula using the FDIC dollars on deposit in the
Fairfield/Southport area, with a minimum fee of no less than $600.00 per branch.
Out of Town corporations with more than 30 employees pay a flat fee of $600 annually.
