As the restrictions are starting to loosen up, companies want to start focusing on getting back to business as normal. But, what is normal after the current pandemic crisis?
Leaders in any organization are expected to know the answer to that perplexing question. They are also supposed to have the tools and/or experience to deal with it.
Sadly, the idea that leaders currently have the tools is typically without merit. This is a one-of-a-kind pandemic crisis which will cause new and unanticipated employee situations in the future.
Based on Dale Carnegie organizational experience, this program focuses on Five Leadership Considerations leaders must think about to ease anxiety, create focus on performance and manage the emotional reactions of their employees. Understanding these five things will allow a leader to create a simple plan of action to get their business restarted in a “New Normal” world.
We’ve already started hearing about employees who are scared to come back. Or those that have problems with daycare because school is out. The list goes on and on… It will take a herculean effort by leaders to get people back to pre-crisis levels of productivity.
At the end of the session each participant will walk away with a Post Pandemic Re-Open Operational plan of action. Plus, the insight to accelerate employee engagement!
