You are invited by the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce to attend the 4th in a series of Health & Wellness lectures at The Norma F. Pfriem Breast Care Center. The fourth in this series will be held on January 7th, 2015 by Dr. Mary Jo P. Vasquez, Ph.D. Dr. Vasquez will present and hold a discussion on this very important topic: Sleep Solutions: Regain Your Rest!

- Various types of sleep disorders.
- Underlying causes.
- Consequences of not getting adequate sleep.
- Treatment options.
- Remedies for improving sleep.
Dr. Mary Jo P. Vasquez, Ph.D., a CT native, completed her BS in Psychology at Trinity College in Hartford, and both her Master's Degree and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at The George Washington University. Additionally, she completed an internship at PA Hospital, where she focused on severe and chronic mental health populations. She also worked as staff Psychologist at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She has spent her career devoted to helping others face life's challenges, with specific areas of interest: trauma/PTSD, depression, bereavement and loss, infertility, insomnia/sleep disorders.
